from α, - a G 1 (as a negative particle) and a derivative of χρη, - chre G 5534 (compare 5532); useless, i.e. (euphemistically) unmeritorious:--unprofitable.
αχρειοι Luke 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
αχρειον Matt 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
