φρονιμος,
PHRONIMOS
fron'-ee-mos
from φρην, - phren G 5424; thoughtful, i.e. sagacious or discreet (implying a cautious character; while σοφος, - sophos G 4680 denotes practical skill or acumen; and συνετος, - sunetos G 4908 indicates rather intelligence or mental acquirement); in a bad sense conceited (also in the comparative):--wise(-r).

φρονιμοις Matt 25:8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 1 Cor 10:15 I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.
φρονιμοι Matt 10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Matt 25:2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Matt 25:4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. Matt 25:9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Rom 12:16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. 1 Cor 4:10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised. 2 Cor 11:19 For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise.
φρονιμος Matt 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Luke 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
φρονιμωτεροι Luke 16:8 And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
φρονιμω Matt 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
