TAPEINOSIS

from ταπεινοω, - tapeinoo G 5013; depression (in rank or feeling):--humiliation, be made low, low estate, vile.



ταπεινωσει Matt 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. Acts 8:33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth. Jam 1:10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
