feminine of a compound of σκληρος, - skleros G 4642 and καρδια, - kardia G 2588; hard-heartedness, i.e. (specially), destitution of (spiritual) perception:--hardness of heart.
σκληροκαρδιαν Matt 19:8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
