from προς, - pros G 4314 and καιρος, - kairos G 2540; for the occasion only, i.e. temporary:--dur-(eth) for awhile, endure for a time, for a season, temporal.



προσκαιρα 2 Cor 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
προσκαιροι Mark 4:17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
