middle voice from ανα, - ana G 303 and εχω, - echo G 2192; to hold oneself up against, i.e. (figuratively) put up with:--bear with, endure, forbear, suffer.



ανειχεσθε 2 Cor 11:1 Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me.
ανεξομαι Matt 17:17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.
