3784 GREEK
οφειλω,
OPHEILO
of-i'-lo, or (in certain tenses), its prolonged form
opheileo of-i-leh'-o probably from the base of οφελος, - ophelos G 3786 (through the idea of accruing); to owe (pecuniarily); figuratively, to be under obligation (ought, must, should); morally, to fail in duty:--behove, be bound, (be) debt(-or), (be) due(-ty), be guilty (indebted), (must) need(-s), ought, owe, should. See also οφελον, - ophelon G 3785.

οφειλεις Matt 18:28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. Luke 16:5 So he called every one of his lord's debtors unto him, and said unto the first, How much owest thou unto my lord? Luke 16:7 Then said he to another, And how much owest thou? And he said, An hundred measures of wheat. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and write fourscore.
οφειλει, Matt 23:16, Matt 23:18, John 19:7, 1 Cor 7:36, 1 Cor 9:10, 1 Cor 11:7, 1 Cor 11:10, 2 Cor 12:14, Phm 1:18, Heb 5:3, 1 Jo 2:6
οφειλετε John 13:14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 1 Cor 5:10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
οφειλομενην 1 Cor 7:3 Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
οφειλομενον Matt 18:30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt. Matt 18:34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
οφειλομεν Acts 17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. Rom 15:1 We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Th 1:3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth; 2 Th 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: 1 Jo 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 1 Jo 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. 3 Jo 1:8 We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth.
οφειλοντες Heb 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
οφειλοντι Luke 11:4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
οφειλουσιν Rom 15:27 It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things. Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
ωφειλεν Matt 18:28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. Luke 7:41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. Heb 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
ωφειλομεν Luke 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
ωφειλον 2 Cor 12:11 I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing.
