middle voice of a derivative of μενω, - meno G 3306 or perhaps of the base of μασσαομαι, - massaomai G 3145 (through the idea of fixture in the mind or of mental grasp); to bear in mind, i.e. recollect; by implication, to reward or punish:--be mindful, remember, come (have) in remembrance. Compare μιμνησκω, - mimnesko G 3403.



εμνησθημεν Matt 27:63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again.
