from μετατιθημι, - metatithemi G 3346; transposition, i.e. transferral (to heaven), disestablishment (of a law):--change, removing, translation.



μεταθεσεως Heb 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
μεταθεσιν Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
