2706 GREEK καταφρονεω, KATAPHRONEO kat-af-ron-eh'-o from κατα, - kata G 2596 and φρονεω, - phroneo G 5426; to think against, i.e. disesteem:--despise. καταφρονεις Rom 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? καταφρονειτε 1 Cor 11:22 What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this?
