middle voice from δια, - dia G 1223 and τιθημι, - tithemi G 5087; to put apart, i.e. (figuratively) dispose (by assignment, compact, or bequest):--appoint, make, testator.



διαθεμενος Heb 9:17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
